The Jeker Valley runs as a green lung into the heart of Maastricht. Just a stone’s throw away from the medieval center, the gently sloping valley opens and there are picturesque roads along vineyards and marl-built castles and country houses. Before you know it, we’ve passed the Dutch-Belgian border. Flemish and Walloon villages alternate in the green valley. We drive along quiet secluded roads with beautiful vistas.
